Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem násilí páchané na učitelích ze stran studentů na českých středních odborných učilištích (ISCED 3). Cílem práce je zmapovat, kolik pro-cent učitelů se s jednotlivými typy násilí setkává jako oběti či jako svědci. Dílčími cíli je zjistit, zda existují vztahy mezi pohlavím či věkem a pravděpodobností stát se obětí násilí. Práce je standardně rozdělena na teoretickou část a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá tématy násilí vůči učitelům, formami násilí, analýzou aktérů násilí ve školním prostředí či dopady násilí na učitele a možnostmi prevence jako je hodnocení rizik. Empirická část představuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření 401 učitelů, kteří se do výzkumu zapojili. V této části jsou data analyzována pomocí SPSS, interpretována, čímž odpovídáme na výzkumné otázky. Závěr práce je věnován diskusi, ve které jsou nabyté výsledky komparovány s dalšími studiemi. Stejnětak jsou zde popsány možné cesty dalšího zkoumání tohoto jevu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of violence against teachers at upper secondary schools (ISCED 3) in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to find out what percentage of teachers have had experience with violence either as a victim or witness. Partial aims are focusing on the probability of the connection between age or gender and becoming a target of violence. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part deals with topics such as violence against teachers, forms of violence, analysis of participants regarding school violence, the impact of violence on teachers, and possible prevention methods. The empirical part presents the results of a survey of 401 teachers. In this section, data are analysed by SPSS, and interpreted by which overarching questions are answered. The end of the thesis is dedicated to the discussion in which the results are compared with other studies. Also, the next possible ways of researching the topic are described.
