Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tiskovým právem. V teoretické části je rozebírána historie tiskového práva, dále se tato část zabývá právní úpravou médií a strukturou orgánů a instituty spojenými s tiskovým právem. This thesis deals with the press law. In the theoretical part it examines the history of the press law, then this part contents the legislation dealing with the media and the structure of the organs and institutions associated with the press law.
