Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit stravitelnost sušiny a organické hmoty metodou in vitro v směsných krmných dávkách s rozdílným zastoupením komponentů. V literárním přehledu je popsán gastrointestinální trakt přežvýkavců se všemi jeho fyziologickými náležitostmi. The aim of this thesis was evaluvation of the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter by in vitro method in total mixed ration (TMR) with different representation of components.
