Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením glukosinolátů v řepici. Ke stanovení byla použita metoda vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC). Je zde popsána řepice jarní i ozimá, významné glukosinoláty (GSL) a genetické zdroje rostlin, které jsou významné pro lidstvo i světovou biodiverzitu. Abstract:
This study deals with the determination of glucosinolates in turnip-rape. Forthe determination high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been used. This study describes turnip-rape, important glucosinolates (GSL) and plant genetic resources that are important to humanity and world biodiversity.
