Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice kontroly zboží v mezinárodním obchodním styku. První část analyzuje právní úpravu kontroly zboží v Úmluvě OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží se zaměřením na způsob a včasnost kontroly a na osobu zatíženou povinností provést inspekci.
