Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pomocí analýzy interních materiálů a na základě rozhovoru s manažerkou oddělení zákaznického servisu hodnotí používání metod CRM ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Na základě průzkumů provedených společností jsou vytyčeny hlavní body nespokojenosti zákazníků. Jako podpůrná metoda segmentace zákazníků je provedena ABC analýza. The bachelor's thesis uses the analysis of internal materials and based on an interview with the manager of the customer service department evaluates the use of CRM methods in a selected business entity.
