Abstract:

Tématem mé magisterské diplomové práce jsou „Hranice vztahu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem se schizofrenií“ se zaměřením na vnímání hranic ve vztahu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem, proces vzniku vztahu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem, a také na ideální vztah mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem, a to vše z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení profese sociálního pracovníka, dále na vymezení pojmu klient, popis sociálních a zdravotních služeb, včetně psychiatrické péče a aktuálně řešeného tématu reformy psychiatrické péče, poté na klienta se schizofrenií a vliv na jeho sociální interakce, a nakonec na vztah mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem se schizofrenií. Empirická část představuje kvalitativně orientovaný přístup, jenž byl pro tuto práci zvolen, včetně metodologického postupu, jímž jsou polostrukturované rozhovory. Nakonec v empirické části práce uvádím analýzu a interpretaci dat.

Abstract:

The topic of my master's thesis is "The boundaries of the relationship between a social worker and a client with schizophrenia", focusing on the perception of boundaries in the relationship between a social worker and a client, the process of formation a relationship between a social worker and a client, and on the ideal relationship between a social worker and a client, and all from the perspective of social workers. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the social worker's profession, the definition of the client, the description of social and health services, including psychiatric care and the current topic of the reform of psychiatric care, then on the client with schizophrenia and an impact on his social interactions, and finally on the relationship between a social worker and a client with schizophrenia. The empirical part presents a qualitatively oriented approach chosen for this work, including methodological procedure, which are semi-structured interviews. Finally, in the empirical part of the thesis I present data analysis and interpretation.
