Abstract:
Preimplantation genetic screening by the next generation sequencing allows genetic testing of human IVF embryos prior to their transfer. Sensitivity of the method makes it possible to detect mosaicism, a phenomenon occurring in a large part of embryos as a result of mitotic errors in postsygotic divisions. Preimplantační genetický skríning metodou sekvenování nové generace umožňuje genetické testování lidských IVF embryí před jejich transferem. Citlivost metody umožňuje detekovat mozaicismus, jev vyskytující se ve velké části embryí jako důsledek mitotických chyb při postzygotických děleních.
