Abstract:

Práce se zabývá nelegální migrací způsobenou migrační krizí v letech 2015 a 2016 a predikcí rizik vyplývajících pro Českou republiku a s tím související problematikou ochrany státních hranic. Hlavní pozornost je věnována nejen systému ochrany hranic a problematice dočasného zavedení ochrany vnitřní hranice, ale především současným možnostem při ochraně vnitřních hranic, jak v rovině vnitrostátního, tak i mezinárodního práva. Jedna z částí práce taktéž pojednává o spolupráci Policie České republiky s dalšími státními orgány. Na závěr práce jsou na jednom z reálných cvičení na dočasné znovuzavedení ochrany vnitřní hranice, které bylo v předešlých letech uskutečňováno na všech částech hranice, analyzovány personální možnosti Policie České republiky a možnosti využití ochrany hranic. Práce je uceleným materiálem, který poskytuje pohled na problematiku znovuzavedení ochrany vnitřní hranice.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with illegal migration caused by the migration crisis in 2015 and 2016 and the prediction of risks arising for the Czech Republic and related issues of state border protection. The main attention is paid not only to the system of border protection and the issue of temporary introduction of internal border protection, but also to the current possibilities of internal border protection both at the national and international level. One of the parts of the thesis also deals with the cooperation of the Police of the Czech Republic with other state authorities. At the end of the work, the personal possibilities of the Police of the Czech Republic and the possibilities of using border protection are analyzed on real exercises for temporary reintroduction of internal border protection, which were carried out on all parts of the border in previous years. The thesis is a comprehensive material that provides an insight into the issue of reintroduction of internal border protection.
