Diplomová práce je věnována kritickému hodnocení současné právní úpravy institutu odposlechu, upraveného v §88 z. č. 141/1961 Sb., trestní řád, stejně tak institutu záznamu telekomunikačního provozu a sledování osob a věcí, upravené v § 158d z. č. 141/1961 Sb., trestní řád.
