Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivity terapeutického procesu u osob se syndromem závislosti na psychoaktivních látkách. Je zde porovnán objektivní pohled na toto onemocnění se subjektivním pohledem jedinců závislých na psychoaktivních látkách. Subjektivní pohled je získán od vybraných respondentů z řad odsouzených umístěných na specializovaném oddělení ve Věznici Bělušice. Bakalářská práce má dvě části, část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část je věnována drogám, drogové závislosti, adiktologii, specializovanému oddělení a psychoterapii. Teoreticko-kritická analýza je zaměřena na zmapování a porovnání zjištění z odborných článků s výsledkem bakalářské práce. Empirická část je zaměřena na formulaci cílů práce a stanovení výzkumných otázek. Jsou zde formulovány předpokládané odpovědi, popsaný vzorek respondentů, užité metody a způsob sumarizace a interpretace dat. Dále je zde provedena vlastní sumarizace a interpretace dat. Stěžejní metodou empirické části je metoda dotazování, kde je použita metoda rozhovoru a dotazníku. Cílem práce je zhodnocení efektivity a kvality terapeutického procesu na klienta zjištění výsledku, kolik klientů je schopných vrátit se zpět k normálnímu životu a nebýt drogově závislým.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of effectiveness of the therapeutic process in people with psychoactive substance addiction syndrome. An objective view of this disease is compared with the subjective view of individuals dependent on psychoactive substances. A subjective view is obtained from selected respondents from the sentenced persons placed in a specialized department in the Prison of Bělušice. The bachelor thesis has two parts, part theoretical and part empirical. The theoretical part is devoted to drugs, drug addiction, addictology, specialized department and psychotherapy. The theoretic-critical analysis is focused on mapping and comparing the findings from the expert articles with the result of the bachelor thesis. The empirical part focuses on the formulation of the objectives of the thesis and the determination of the research questions. Here are the predicted answers, the described sample of respondents, the methods used and the way of summarizing and interpreting the data. In addition, there is a self-summarizing and data interpretation. The core method of the empirical part is the questionnaire method, where the interview and questionnaire method is used. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of the therapeutic process on the client to determine the outcome of how many clients are able to return to normal life and not to be drug addicts.
