Changes of Land Use from 1990s to the Present in Počátky

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje vývoj land use ve městě Počátky od devadesátých let až po současnost. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmy krajina, land use, land cover a geografické informační systémy. Následuje charakteristika a popis použitých dat, včetně informací o jejich zdrojích. V praktické části je nejdříve stanovena metodika s postupem práce, na kterou navazuje charakteristika zájmového území, tedy města Počátek. Hlavní částí práce je analýza změn land use ve městě Počátky, a to v časovém horizontu od roku 1999 až do současnosti. Analýza byla provedena na podkladu ortofoto map. Součástí práce je i využití digitálního modelu reliéfu území, díky kterému je možné hodnocení land use v závislosti na sklonitosti a orientaci ploch. V závěru práce se nachází vyhodnocení prodeje pozemků na katastru města Počátky, a to od roku 2014 do současnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyses the development of land use in Počátky town since nineties until today. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on terms landspace, land use and geographical informational systems. This part is followed by characterisation and description of used data including information about their sources. In the practical part of the thesis methodology and workflow are defined, followed by characterisation of area of interest which means Počátky town. The main part is analysis of land use changes in Počátky town since year 1999 until today. Analysis was executed on orthophotomap basis. The thesis also contains application of digital elevation model which makes possible to evaluate land use depending on slope and aspect of areas. In the end of the thesis the evaluation of estate sales in Počátky town is situated, since year 2014 until now.
