Abstract:

Cíl: Hodnocení potřeb rodiny s kardiologicky nemocným dítětem, srovnat vliv věku rodičů dětí s kardiologicky nemocným dítětem na potřeby jejich rodiny, porovnat vliv věku dětí s kardiologickým onemocněním na potřeby jejich rodiny, zjistit zda soužití členů rodiny dítěte s kardiologickým onemocněním ovlivňuje potřeby rodiny, zjistit zda doba onemocnění ovlivňuje potřeby rodiny s kardiologickým onemocněním a zmapovat rozdíly v potřebách rodiny u dětí s různým kardiologickým onemocněním. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 107 rodičů s kardiologicky nemocným dítětem. Výzkum byl prováděn v kardiologické ambulanci Slezské nemocnice příspěvková organizace v Opavě. Ke stanovení potřeb rodičů kardiologicky nemocného dítěte byl použit standardizovaný dotazník Family Needs Assessment (Bailey, 2003). Výsledky: Z dotazníkového šetření FNA vyplývá, že rodiče mají největší potřeby v oblasti informací a to hlavně u rodin dětí s různým kardiologickým onemocněním. V oblasti rodina a sociální podpory, informace mají také největší potřebu rodiče dětí, které se léčí déle než tři roky, nebo od narození s kardiologickým onemocněním. Největší potřeby uváděli rodiče dětí ve věku 4-10 let a to v oblasti rodina a sociální podpora, vysvětlení situace ostatním, služby komunity. Potřebu informací měli také rodiče starší 41 let a v oblasti rodina a sociální podpora, služby komunity největší potřebu uvedli rodiče, kteří žijí v úzkém rodinném kruhu. Závěr: Kardiologická onemocnění významně ovlivňují život a potřeby dítěte, potřeby celé rodiny, která o dítě pečuje. Dětská sestra by měla být oporou, nejen nemocným dětem, ale také jejich rodičům. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že největší potřeby rodiče pociťují v oblasti informovanosti, proto by sestra měla saturovat potřeby rodičům v této oblasti.

Abstract:

Aim: Assessing the needs of families with a child suffering from a cardiac disease, comparing the effect of age of the parents having children with cardiac diseases on the needs of their families, comparing the effects of age of children with cardiac diseases on the needs of their families, determining whether the koexistence of family members of the child with a cardiac disease affects the family's needs, determining whether the time of the disease affects the needs of the family with a cardiac disease, and mapping the differences in the needs of families with children suffering from various cardiac diseases. Methodology: The research sample consisted of 107 parents having a child with a cardiac disease. The research was conducted in the cardiology outpatient clinic of the Silesian Hospital in Opava, allowance organization. To determine the needs of the parents of a child with a cardiac disease, the standardized questionnaire Family Needs Assessment (Bailey, 2003) was used. Results: From the survey in FNA, it follows that parents have the greatest needs in the area of information, and especially as regards the families of children with various cardiac diseases. In the area of family and social support, the greatest need was on the part of the parents having children that are treated for more than three years, or suffer from the cardiac disease since birth. The greatest needs were mentioned by parents of children aged 4-10 years, in particular in the area of family and social support, explaining the situation to others, community services. The need for information was mentioned also by parents older than 41 years, and the greatest need in the area of family and social support, community services was mentioned by parents who live in a narrow family circle. Conclusion: Cardiac diseases significantly affect the lives and needs of the child, needs of the whole family that cares for the child. A children's nurse should be supportive not only for the sick children but also their parents. The research showed that parents feel the greatest needs of awareness, so the nurse should saturate the needs to parents in this area.
