Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku, jaký je současný systém hodnocení a odměňování na městském úřadě vybraného města. Cíle by měla pomoci dosáhnout analýza současného systému hodnocení a odměňování s ohledem na personální činnosti úřadu a zjištění vlivu na motivaci a výkon zaměstnanců.

The aim of this thesis is to answer research question, what is the present system of the remuneration and evaluation in the municipality of the selected city.
