The Attitude of Social Workers of the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children Deals, Workers of Social Activations Services and Pedagogical Workers to Cooperation with the Low – Threshold Facility for Children and Youth

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí, sociálně aktivizačních služeb a pedagogických pracovníků ke spolupráci s nízkoprahovými zařízeními pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část práce popisuje možnosti spolupráce pracovníků různých profesí, charakteristiku NZDM, specifika sociální práce v NZDM a koncept postoje. Metodologická část práce popisuje vy-branou kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii výzkumu. Interpretační část interpretuje získaná data za pomoci zakotvené teorie. Na základě zjištění lze potvrdit důležitost spolupráce mezi obory. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a jsou zde předložena doporučení pro praxi a další výzkumy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis to deal with the attitude of employees Department of Social and Legal protection of Children deals, workers of social activation services for families with children and pedagogical workers to cooperate with the Low-Threshold facilities for children and youth. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the possibilities of cooperation workers of different professions, characteristic of the Low–Threshold facilities for children and youth, specifics of social work in the Low-Threshold facilities for children and youth and concept attitude. Methodological part of the thesis describing selected qualitative research strategy research. Interpretative part of the thesis interprets obtained data with the help of anchored theory. Based on the findings, the importance of cooperation between disciplines can be confirmed. At the end of the thesis the main research question is answered and are presented here recommendation for practice and future research.
