Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je diagnostika a analýza pohybových vzorců metodou FMS u atletů staršího školního věku. V kvalifikační práci je popsána charakteristika testovací metody FMS, její využití a aplikace. V práci jsou podrobně popsány pohybové testy, které jsou součástí FMS metody.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is the diagnosis and analysis of movement patterns by the FMS method in athletes of older school age. The qualification thesis describes the characteristics of the FMS test method, its use and application.The thesis describes in detail the movement tests that are part of the FMS method.
