The goal of the thesis is is to present a business plan for new Trilobit hotel, conduct analysis of its marketing activities and determine strategies of development to promote the services of this hotel. SWOT analysis was used and showed that the hotel has more strength than weaknesses; also there are a lot of opportunities for development.
