Abstract:

Anotace V této práci jsem se snažila zjistit, čím se liší a čím se podobá uspokojování potřeb drogově závislých klientů v kontaktním centru s rozšiřujícím programem podpory interakce se sociálním prostředím a v kontaktním centru bez tohoto programu. Na základě zjištěných rozdílů mezi těmito dvěma K-centry jsem se pokusila dozvědět, jaký vliv má na tento rozdíl rozšiřující program realizovaný v brněnském K-centru Drug Azyl. Nejprve jsem provedla rozhovory s pracovníky obou center. Na základě toho jsem mohla stanovit 4 oblasti, v nichž se tato dvě centra podobají a 4 oblasti rozdílné. Dalším krokem byl kvaziexperiment s následnými rozhovory s klienty, a to již jen v oblastech, ve kterých jsem zjistila zásadní rozdíl. Díky tomu bylo možné zjistit, zda skutečně pociťují uspokojení potřeb v té míře, která vyplynula z rozhovorů s pracovníky a také, zda je u klientů Drug Azylu tento jejich stav způsoben realizací rozšiřujícího programu podpory interakce se sociálním prostředím. Rozsah základního textu mé práce činí 14 088.

Abstract:

Annotation In this work, I tried to find out differences and parables of satisfying the needs of clients with a drug addiction in contact center with extensional programm of help, interaction with a social surrounding and in contact center without this program. On base of discovered differences between these to K-Centers, I tried to find out what kind of influence has a extensional programm realized in K-Center Drug Azyl in Brno on these differences. First I interviewed workers of both centers. On base of that, I could determine 4 areas that these centers are similar and 4 areas of differences. My next step was quasiexperiment with consecutive interviews with clients and that only in areas, in which I discovered the main difference. Thanks to that, it was possible to find out, if they are really satisfied in measure, thatresulted from interviews with employees and if their condition is caused by realizationof extensional program of help interaction with social surrounding. Count of basic text of my work is 14 088.
