Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u všeobecných sester. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce slouží k pochopení pojmu burnout syndromu. Zaměřuje se dále na jeho projevy, vývoj a jednotlivé fáze. Zmiňuje také rizikové faktory v povolání sestry, které mohou k tomuto syndromu vést. The bachelor thesis focused on burnout syndrome among general nurses. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis serves to understand the concept of burnout syndrome. It also focuses on its symptoms, development and its phases.
