Digital evidence in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a analýza problematiky procesně právní úpravy a praxe při nakládání s elektronickými důkazy v rámci přípravného trestního řízení. Tato práce je zaměřena na aplikaci procesních institutů trestního řádu v případech zajišťování jednotlivých typů elektronických důkazů. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the issues of procedural legal regulation and the practice of handling digital evidence in the context of preparatory criminal proceedings. This work is focused on the application of procedural institutes of the Criminal Procedure Code in cases Provision of individual types of digital evidence.
