Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou daně z příjmů fyzických osob ze závislé činnosti v letech 2007–2017. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje základní prvky daňového systému ČR, popis samotné daně z příjmu fyzických osob ze závislé činnosti a slev uplatnitelných pro tuto daň. Teorie je rozšířena o způsob výpočtu daňové povinnosti pro rok 2007, kdy se pro výpočet daňové povinnosti používal rozdílný způsob výpočtu vzhledem k zavedené progresivní dani. Od roku 2008 se postup výpočtu obměnil a využívá se dodnes. Aplikační část práce se věnuje důkladné analýze dat pro výpočet daňové povinnosti, analýze slev na dani a daňovým zvýhodněním. Součástí analýzy jsou modelové příklady výpočtu daňové povinnosti pro poplatníka, uplatňujícího různé slevy na dani. Aplikační část práce se dále věnuje komparaci mzdových výkazů a řízenému rozhovoru s osobami, které pro účely této bakalářské práce výkazy poskytly. Poslední součástí aplikační práce je dotazníkové šetření, které prozradí, jak jsou respondenti obeznámeni s problematikou týkající se daně z příjmů fyzických osob ze závislé činnosti. Z výsledků diskutovaných v závěru práce jsou vyvozeny návrhy opatření, které napomohou veřejnosti lépe se v dané problematice orientovat. Ukázalo se, že zavedení superhrubé mzdy, sjednocení sazby daně a navýšení slev na dani z příjmu je pro zaměstnance výhodnější než starý postup výpočtu daně z příjmů fyzických osob s nižšími slevami na této dani.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concerns with the analysis of tax on personal income from dependent activity in years 2007–2017. Theoretical part describes basic elements of taxation system in the Czech Republic, tax on personal income itself and tax reductions applicable for this tax. The theory is enhanced by the manner of tax duty calculation for the year 2007, when the different manner was used for tax duty calculation with regard to the progressive tax. Since 2008 the method of calculation has changed and is used till today. Application part of the thesis is devoted to the detailed analysis of data for the tax duty calculation, analysis of the tax reductions and tax allowances. The examples of the tax duty calculation for the payer using different tax reductions are included. Application part also deals with the comparison of wage records and structured interview with persons who provided the records for these purposes. The last part of the application part is the questionnaire, which tells how are the respondents acquainted with the issue regarding the tax on personal income from dependent activity. The suggestions for the actions are deduced from the results discussed in the conclusion. The suggestion could help the public to be better informed about this issue. It has been proved that the introduction of super gross salary, unification of the tax rate and increasing of reduction of the income tax is more advantageous for employees than the old method of calculation of the income tax on natural person with lower reductions of this tax.
