Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku poruch příjmu potravy u žáků a studentů, s důrazem na školní prostředí. Sleduje podstatné příčiny vzniku těchto poruch, zaměřuje se na základní aspekty vnímání těla a především stravovacích návyků mladé generace. Teoretická část práce poskytuje pohled na příčiny poruch příjmu potravy, zatímco výzkumná část využívá analýzy dat ke zhodnocení rozsahu problému ve školním prostředí. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat poruchy příjmu potravy, ale také navrhnout preventivní opatření a intervence, které by mohly poskytnout podporu jednotlivcům v rámci vzdělávacího prostředí. Závěry práce nabízejí konkrétní doporučení pro vytváření inkluzivních a podpůrných prostředí ve školách, s důrazem na podporu zdravého stravování a pozitivního vztahu k vlastnímu tělu. Tato studie přispívá k hlubšímu pochopení poruch příjmu potravy u mladých jedinců a klade důraz na praktické kroky k prevenci a zlepšení duševního i fyzického zdraví této populace v rámci školního prostředí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis examines the issue of eating disorders among pupils and students, with a focus on the school environment. It explores the significant causes of these disorders, focusing on the fundamental aspects of body perception and, especially, the eating habits of the younger generation. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an insight into the causes of eating disorders, while the research section utilizes data analysis to assess the extent of the problem within the school environment. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze eating disorders, but also to propose preventive measures and interventions that could provide support to individuals within the educational environment. The conclusions of the thesis offer specific recommendations for creating inclusive and supportive environments in schools, with an emphasis on promoting healthy eating and a positive relationship with one's own body. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of eating disorders among young individuals and emphasizes practical steps towards prevention and improvement of mental and physical health within this population in the school environment.
