Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním studie proveditelnosti pro výstavbu sportovního areálu se zaměřením na sport padel. Cílem práce je vypracovat studii proveditelnosti a následně vyhodnotit vhodnost realizace výstavby sportovního areálu. Z hlediska struktury je práce dělena do dvou částí. Úvodní teoretická část obsahuje dvě kapitoly. První se věnuje projektovému řízení. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé části studie proveditelnosti. Praktická část je rovněž členěna na dvě kapitoly. Nejdříve je představen sport padel a následně je zpracována kapitola studie proveditelnosti. Z provedeného kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, dále s využitím PEST i SWOT analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil, je navržena vhodná strategie pro areál SPORT PADEL.ES. Investice je vyhodnocena na základě zjištěných hodnot ekonomických ukazatelů NPV, doby návratnosti a IRR.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with the preparation of a feasibility study for the construction of a sports complex with a focus on sport padel. The aim of the thesis is to develop a feasibility study and then to evaluate the suitability of the construction of a sport complex. In terms of structure, the thesis is divided into two parts. The opening theoretical part contains two chapters. The first one is devoted to project management. The second chapter describes the individual parts of the feasibility study. The practical part is also divided into two chapters. First, the sport padel is introduced and then the feasibility study chapter is elaborated. From the quantitative questionnaire survey carried out, then using PEST and SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model, a suitable strategy for the SPORT PADEL.ES complex is proposed. The investment is evaluated based on the observed values of the economic indicators NPV, payback period and IRR.
