Unemployment of people with disabilities and their employment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá, jak už je z názvu práce zřejmé, nezaměstnaností osob se zdravotním handicapem a jejich uplatněním na trhu práce. Práce je zaměřena na okres Litoměřice, kde je sledován vývoj osob se zdravotním postižením a jejich začleňování do pracovního života. Pohled ze stany zaměstnavatelů/ firem na osoby se zdravotním postižením a jejich začleňování byl zjišťován pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které mělo poukázat na vnímání OZP. Další metodou, která měla pomoci k objasnění výzkumné otázky "Jaké faktory ovlivňují zaměstnavatele při začleňování osob s handicapem na trh práce" jsou rozhovory. Rozhovory byly vedeny diskrétně a tak, aby dospěly k závěru a objasnění již zmíněné výzkumné otázky. Závěr práce pojednává o celkovém shrnutí daného tématu a výsledcích práce.

Abstract:

The bachelors thesis deals, as is clear from the title of the thesis, the unemployment of people with disabilities and their employment in the labor market. The work is focused on the distrikt of Litoměřice, where the development of people with disabilities and their inclusion is monitored. The view of employers/ companies about people with disabilities and their inclusion was ascertained by means of a questionnaire surfy, which was to point out the perception of the disabled. Another method that was to help clarify the research question "What factors influence employers in integrating people with disabilities into the labor market" are interviews. The interview were conducted discreetly and in such a way as to reach the conclusion and clarification of the already mentioned research question. The conclusion of the thesis deals with a general summary of the topic and the results of the work.
