Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma "Analýza úrovně služeb ve vybraném hotelu v lázních Poděbrady" se zaměřuje na problematiku úrovně služeb v lázních Poděbrady. Cílem práce je zhodnotit dosavadní úroveň nabízených služeb a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení těchto služeb.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the analysis of the customer services in hotel in spa Poděbrady. The main aim of the thesis is to appraise the current level of afforded services and give an recommendations for the future service improvements. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, practical part and improvement proposal.
