Abstract:

Porovnání úrovně motorické výkonnosti u dětí hrajících basketbal v klubech Sluneta Ústí n. L., BK Teplice, Slavoj Litoměřice (věk 7-8 let). Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit a zároveň porovnat úroveň motorické výkonnosti u dětí, které hrají basketbal v různých klubech (Sluneta Ústí n. L., BK Teplice, Slavoj Litoměřice). A současně také porovnat tyto výsledky s úrovní motorické výkonnosti dětí, které chodí do sportovní třídy na ZŠ a do běžné třídy na ZŠ. Jedná se o věkovou kategorii 7-8 let. Je také potřeba upozornit na to, že testování probíhalo v době (květen-červen 2021), kdy se po nucené půlroční pauze způsobené epidemií Covid-19 děti vracely k pravidelným tréninkům ve svých sportovních oddílech. Opět se mohla začít vyučovat na základních školách tělesná výchova ve vnitřních i venkovních prostorách bez omezení. Pro účely testování byly použity testy z TB (UNIFITTEST 6-60), člunkový běh na 4x10m, skok daleký z místa, leh sed, progresivní člunkový běh. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje kapitoly, které charakterizují věkové období testovaného souboru, dále vliv pohybové aktivity na člověka, tělesnou zdatnost a motorickou výkonnost. Po vyhodnocení byly zjištěny rozdíly v úrovni motorické výkonnosti mezi testovanými soubory.

Comparison of the level of motor performance of children playing basketball in the following clubs: Sluneta Ústí n. L., BK Teplice, Slavoj Litoměřice (age 7-8 years). The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find out and compare the level of motor performance of children who play basketball in different clubs (Sluneta Ústí n. L., BK Teplice, Slavoj Litoměřice). And at the same time to compare these results with the levels of motor performance of children who attend a sports class at primary school and to those who attend a regular class at primary school. In an age category of 7-8 years old children. It is also important to note that the testing took place in May and June 2021. In those times children were returning to regular trainings in their sports clubs after a forced six-month break caused by the Covid-19 epidemic. Physical education could be finally taught in primary schools indoors and outdoors without any other restrictions. For the testing purposes, tests from TB (UNIFITTEST 6-60), 4x10m shuttle running, long jump from the spot, crunches, progressive shuttle running were used. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains chapters that specify the age of the tested group, as well as the effect of the physical activity on humans, physical fitness and motor performance. Based on the evaluation,the differences in the level of motor performance between the tested groups were detected.
