The Problem of Colloquial Terms and Non-standard Elements Translation on the Example of the Contemporary Croatian Prose
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou překladu hovorových a nespisovných prvků z chorvatského do českého jazyka. Na základě analýzy překladů dvou děl ze současné chorvatské literatury se snažíme poskytnout praktický příklad využití obecné češtiny při překladu zmíněných prvků. Analýza je vedena ve čtyřech jazykových rovinách - fonologické, morfologické, syntaktické a lexikální.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with translantion of colloquial and non-standard elements from Croatian into Czech language. On the basis of analysis of two works from contemporary Croatian literature we try to provide a partical example of use of Czech language when translating the above mentioned elements. The analysis is based on four language levels - phonological, morphological, syntactic and lexical.
