Práce je věnována postavení poškozeného jako účastníka řízení o přestupku. Pojednává o jeho právech a povinnostech vyplývajících jak ze zákona o odpovědnosti za přestupky tak ze správního řádu. Dále je obsahem práce způsob uplatnění nároku na náhradu škody způsobené přestupkem a také jeho vypořádání v rámci adhezního řízení vedeném u příslušného správního orgánu. The thesis looks into the position of the aggrieved party involved in an offence procedure. It deals with their rights and responsibilities arising from both Liability for Offences Act and Administrative Procedure Code.
