Cooperation between the Mountain Rescue Service and the Emergency Medical Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat charakter a počet výjezdů ve spolupráci Horské služby a Zdravotnické záchranné služby v Moravskoslezském kraji za rok 2023. Bližším seznámením se se strukturou Horské služby a její činností, způsobem komunikace či úkoly zdravotnického operačního střediska se zabývá část teoretická. Jako metoda sběru dat byla použita retrospektivní analýza zdravotnické dokumentace, která blíže specifikuje jednotlivé výjezdy. Rozborem jednotlivých událostí ve spolupráci Horské služby a Zdravotnické záchranné služby se zabývá praktická část bakalářské práce. O tom, že vzájemná spolupráce probíhá a je aktivní, vypovídá i počet společných zásahů v horských oblastech, během kterých jde hlavně o poskytování a zajištění pomoci pacientům na místě události. Výstupem bakalářské práce je ukázat na důležitý význam spolupráce mezi Horskou službou a Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to map the nature and number of calls in the cooperation between the Mountain Service and the Medical Rescue Service in the Moravian-Silesian Region for the year 2023. The theoretical part deals with the structure of the Mountain Service and its activities, the method of communication or the tasks of the medical operations centre. As a method of data collection, a retrospective analysis of medical documentation was used, which specifies individual trips in more detail. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of individual events in the cooperation between the Mountain Service and the Medical Rescue Service. The number of joint interventions in mountain areas, during which the main focus is on providing and ensuring assistance to patients at the scene of the incident, shows that mutual cooperation is ongoing and active. The output of the bachelor thesis is to show the importance of cooperation between the Mountain Service and the Medical Rescue Service.
