Abstract:

Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické části, která je zaměřena na konkrétní zdroj polutantů – odpad, jeho složení, produkci, na způsob nakládání s ním a jeho likvidaci. Dále popisuje vybrané persistentní organické látky, polycyklické aromatické uhlovodíky, pesticidy, perfluorované uhlovodíky a bromované zpomalovače hoření, jejich vlastnosti, použití, výskyt a monitoring ve vodách, půdě a vzduchu v okolí bodových zdrojů znečištění, konkretně na skládkách odpadů. Dále se teoretická část práce zabývá vhodnými technikami odběru vzorků, úpravy a přípravy vzorků pro konečnou analýzu, speciálně pro polutanty, matrice a techniky použité v experimentální části diplomové práce. Zároveň je v teoretické části popsána problematika nakládání s odpady v Srbsku s ohledem na konečný výběr vzorkovaných lokalit. Experimentální část popisuje vzorkování cílových analytů pasivními a aktivními vzorkovacími technikami, metody přípravy vzorků, extrakci, čištění a analytické metody dle cílových analytů. Dále jsou zde shrnuty výsledky měření vybraných persistentních polutantů ve třech matricích (voda, vzduch a půda) na vybraných skládkách na území Srbska. Součástí vyhodnocení výsledků je porovnání získaných informací s podobnými studiemi ve světě.

Abstract:

The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which focuses on a particular source of pollutants - waste, its composition, production, waste management and waste disposal and further describes persistent organic compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, pesticides, perfluorinated compound and brominated flame retardants, their properties, uses, occurrence and monitoring in the waters, soil and air near point sources of pollution, particularly on the landfill of waste. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the appropriate techniques of sampling, editing and final preparation of samples for analysis, especially for pollutants, matrix and techniques used in the experimental part of the thesis. It is also in the theoretical part describes the issue of waste management in Serbia with regard to the final selection of sites sampled. The experimental part describes the sampling of target analytes passive and active sampling techniques, methods of sample preparation, extraction, purification and analytical methods according to target analytes. At the conclusion of the thesis is the processing and interpretation of results. There are also summarizes the results of measurements of selected persistent organic pollutants in three matrices (water, air and soil) at selected landfills in Serbia. Part of the evaluation of the results is to compare the information obtained with similar studies in the world.
