Abstract:

Instituce: Fakulta sociálních studií, MU Brno Název práce: Systemický přístup, sociální práce a komunikace. Počet slov: 20869 Klíčová slova: systemický přístup komunikace komunikační problémy přístup sociálních pracovníků Cílem této práce je zodpovědět otázku: „V čem je a v čem není současný přístup sociálních pracovníků k řešení problematiky komunikačních problémů v rodině slučitelný s aplikací systemického přístupu?“ Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na uchopení pojmu komunikace z hlediska vztahové roviny, se kterou pracuje systemický přístup. Dále se zabývá možnostmi řešení komunikačních problémů z pohledu systemického přístupu a nastiňuje pohled na řešení těchto problémů tak, jak je uplatňují systemičtí terapeuti. Z dostupné literatury vyplývá definice pojmu přístup systemických terapeutů z pohledu jeho jednotlivých prvků – preferencí, pravidel jednání, stereotypů pracovníků, stereotypů klientů a reflexivity. V analytické části práce byly u jednotlivých pracovníků vybraného orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí hloubkovými rozhovory zjišťovány prvky jejich přístupu. Tyto prvky byly srovnávány s prvky přístupu systemických pracovníků za účelem zjištění vzájemné slučitelnosti. Závěr práce je věnován analýze zjištění a formulaci doporučení.

Institution: Faculty od Social Studies, MU Brno Name of Diploma Thesis: Systemic approach, social work and comunication Number of Words: 20869 Key Words: Systemic approach communication communication problems social workers approach The main objective of this thesis is to answer a question: “In what it is and in what it is not the current approach of the social workers towards the solution of the family communication problems compatible with the systemic approach application?” This diploma thesis is divided into six chapters. The theoretical part deals with the concept of communication assumption from the relational point of view which the systemic approach works therewith. Furthermore, it addresses the possibilities of the communication problems solutions from the systemic point of view and delivers the insight on the solution of these problems just like it is exercised by systemic therapists. From the accessible literature it results the systemic therapists approach concept definition based on its particular elements – preferences, rules of behaviour, stereotypes of workers, stereotypes of clients and reflexivity. By deep interviews with the workers of the children social security and legal body the elements of their approach have been thoroughly analyzed in the analytical part of the thesis. These elements have been being compared with the systemic workers elements for the purpose of establishment of the mutual compatibility. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to results analysis and recommendation formulation.
