Abstract:
Anotace Obsahem a cílem bakalářské práce je rozbor insolvenčního zákona, s důrazem na porozumění problematiky tohoto zákona, jeho výkladu a možnostem, které dlužníkovi i věřiteli nabízí a zároveň povinnostem, které jim ukládá. Dalším cílem této práce je vyzdvihnout „nový“ zákon č. 182/2006 Sb., insolvenční zákon, oproti „starému“ zákonu č. 328/1991 Sb., o konkursu a vyrovnání.
Abstract:
Annotation The subject and purpose of this bachelor diploma paper is an analysis of the Insolvency Act with focus on understanding the issues raised by the Act, its interpretation and possibilities it offers to debtors and creditors, and, at the same time, the duties it imposes on them.
