Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského záměru na otevření kavárny ve Velkém Meziříčí. Teoretická část představuje výchozí podmínky pro provoz podnikatelské činnosti v oblasti pohostinství v České republice. Praktická část se zabývá ekonomickou analýzou a marketingovým výzkumem jako předpoklady pro následné vytvoření životaschopného podnikatelského plánu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with creating a business plan to open a cafe in Velké Meziříčí. The theoretical part presents the initial conditions for running business in the hospitality industry in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with the economic analysis and marketing research as prerequisites for subsequent creation of a viable business plan.
