Abstract:

Kateřina Mokrá: Názory zadavatelů na komunitní plánování jako metodu vytváření lokální koncepce sociálních služeb. Bakalářská diplomová práce. Fakulta sociálních studií, Masarykova univerzita, Brno, 2006, 50 stran. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na procesy vytváření lokální koncepce sociálních služeb, konkrétně na komunitní plánování jako jednu z možných metod a roli zadavatelů sociálních služeb jako významného aktéra v tomto procesu. V teoretické části práce objasňuje pojem komunitního plánování v rámci metod sociální práce a vysvětluje jeho použití pro vytváření koncepce sociálních služeb. Zároveň se zabývá rolí zadavatelů sociálních služeb a jejich strategií v oblasti rozhodování o sociálních službách. V empirické části práce na základě provedeného šetření ve zvolené lokalitě podává analýzu názorů zadavatelů na komunitní plánování. Zabývá se přístupem zadavatelů k sociálním službám a jejich představou o vytváření koncepce sociálních služeb. Podrobně zjišťuje roli zadavatelů v tomto procesu a snaží se pochopit a popsat, jak se strategie, které zadavatelé uplatňují, promítají do jejich přístupu k vytváření koncepce a obecně k záležitostem sociální oblasti. Na základě získaných poznatků práce vyslovuje závěry k názorům zadavatelů ve zkoumané lokalitě a obecně k zavádění metody komunitního plánování.

Abstract:

Kateřina Mokrá: Submitters Perception of Community Planning as a Method of Creating the Local Conception of Social Services. Bachelors thesis. School of Social Studies, Masaryk University, Brno, 2006, 50 pages. This thesis focuses on processes of creating the local conception of social services, concretely on community planning as one of possible methods of it and the position of submitters of social services as an important participant in this process. In theoretical part this thesis represents the concept of community planning within methods of social work and explains its aplication for creating the conception of social services. It considers also the positioin of submitters of social services and their strategies in the field of social services decision making. In empirical part this thesis on the base of executed research in selected locality analyzes submitters perception of community planning. It considers submitters attitude towards social services and their perception of creating the conception of social services. In detail it identifies the role of submitters in this process and tries to understand and describe, how are the strategies used by submitters expressed in their approach to the conception creating and to the social matters generally. On the basis of accquired knowledge the work draws conclusions to perceptions of submitters in selected locality and to implementation of the method of community planning generally.
