Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rizikem nelegální migrace v kontextu fungování schengenského prostoru. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a fungování hraničních režimů v rámci EU. This bachelor thesis deals with the risk of illegal migration in the context of the functioning of the Schengen area. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and functioning of border regimes within the EU.
