This thesis looks at the shared management system along with its positives and negatives, focusing especially on the programming period of 2014-2020. Main goal of the paper is to point out issues with this system and subsequently confirm or rebut the hypothesis that its error rate may be lowered; possibly suggest the tools with which to do so.
