Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se ve studii zaměřuje na problematiku zhoršeného vidění za šera a při oslnění. Uvádí vzájemné souvislosti mezi zhoršenou kontrastní citlivostí, nočním řízením a věkem testovaného souborů osob. Zabývá se minimálními požadavky pro řízení motorových vozidel za normálních světelných podmínek a za podmínek nedostatečného okolního osvětlení. V první části diplomové práce je teoreticky rozebírána anatomie a fyziologie sítnice. Dále se tato práce věnuje adaptaci na různé světelné podmínky, adaptačním mechanismům a jejím poruchám. Podrobně shrnuje různé oční stavy, které zhoršují zrakové funkce a jejichž zhoršení se právě projeví při řízení v noci. Nakonec je teoretická část práce ukončena kapitolou, která stručně shrnuje minimální požadavky pro řidiče motorových vozidel a pro osoby provozující drážní dopravu.

Abstract:

This thesis study is focused on the issue of impaired night vision and glare. Indicates a connection between impaired contrast sensitivity, night driving and the age of the test persons files. It deals with the minimal requirements for driving of the motor vehicle under normal light conditions and under conditions of insufficient ambient light. In the first part of the thesis is theoretically discussed the anatomy and physiology of the retina. Furthermore, the thesis deals adaptation to different lighting conditions, adaptation mechanisms and its failures. Reviews in detail the various eye conditions that impair visual functions and whose deterioration was evident when driving at night. Finally, the theoretical part of the work completed chapter that briefly summarizes the minimal requirements for drivers of motor vehicles and persons engaged in railway transport.
