Diplomová práce pojednává o průmyslovém trhu (B2B). Zaměřuje se na možnosti dodavatelů při zefektivnění hodnototvorných procesů podniků. V diplomové práci je provedena podrobná teoretická analýza problematiky efektivity hodnototvorných procesů. Dále jsou definováni hlavní účastníci, kterými jsou dodavatelé, podniky a zákazníci. The diploma work is about industrial market (B2B). It focused to suppliers possibilities to make enterprise value-creating process more effective. There is made detailed theoretical analyses of the value-creating effectiveness process matters. Further the main participants are defined, which are suppliers, enterprises and customers.
