Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Brně. V první části se jedná o rešerši literárních pramenů a vymezení základních pojmů. Druhá část se věnuje samotnému průzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky jsou zobrazeny pomocí grafů. V poslední části jsou navržena vhodná opatření ke zvýšení spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Brně.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses the satisfaction of passengers regarding the public transport on Brno. The first part is a search of literary sources and the definition of basic concepts. The second part is devoted to the survey itself using a questionnaire survey, the results of which are shown using graphs. In the last part, suitable measures are proposed to increase passenger satisfaction with public transport in Brno.
