Práce se věnuje tématu Mobbingu jako fenoménu pracovního prostředí u osob se sluchovým postižením. Cílem práce je nahlédnout do zkušeností sluchově postižených osob s tématem šikany na pracovišti a zprostředkovat čtenáři jejich prožívání a odžitou zkušenost. This thesis pays attention to Mobbing as a phenomenon of the working environment on persons with the hearing impairment. The aim of the thesis is examining the experience of the hearing impairment persons with the topic of the mobbing and intermediate their experience.
