Podnikatelský záměr na zřízení domova pro seniory

The Business Plan for the Establishment of a House for Seniors
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce specifikuje podmínky podnikání a legislativu v oblasti sociálních služeb, konkrétně pro domovy pro seniory v České republice, a analyzuje trh sociálních služeb nabízených domovy pro seniory v okrese Praha – západ a hlavní konkurenty. Nosnou částí této práce je návrh podnikatelského záměru pro zřízení nového domova pro seniory.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s work specifies conditions of entrepreneurship and legislation in the sector of social services, specifically for houses for seniors in the Czech Republic and analyzes market of social services offered in the houses for seniors in the district Prague west and the main competitors. Main part of this work is to propose the business plan for the establishment of new house for seniors.
