Medical rehabilitation plan at acute coronary disorder – myocardial infarction
Abstract:
V této práci jsou zahrnuty základní poznatky o patofyziologii, etiologii, klasifikaci, diagnostických metodách a možnostech léčby infarktu myokardu. Ve speciální části jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze rehabilitace pacientů po infarktu myokardu. Kazuistika zahrnuje průběh léčby a rehabilitace pacienta s akutní ischemickou chorobou srdeční a perkutánní koronární angioplastikou.
Abstract:
The thesis includs basic informations about patophysiology, ethiology, clasification, diagnostic methods and possibilities therapy of infarctus of myocardium. In the special part there are described individual phases of patient´s rehabilitation after myocardial infarction.
