Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o následcích rozvodů rodin s nezletilými dětmi se zaměřením na společnou a střídavou péči. Jedná se o charakteristiku jednotlivých možností svěření nezletilých dětí do péče rodičů, popisuje výhody a nevýhody daného rodinného uspořádání. Bakalářská práce také upozorňuje na časté problémy, které jsou spojeny s rozpadem rodiny a poukazuje na důležitou roli otce ve výchově dítěte. Praktická část obsahuje šest kazuistik rodin, kde bylo rozhodnuto o společné či střídavé péči. Kazuistiky ukazují jak je společná a střídavá uplatněna v praxi, co takovému rozhodnutí předchází a jak v rodinách funguje.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the consequences of divorce for families with under age children, focusing on a joint and alternating care. There are characteristics of the different options of sorts of upbringing children by parents, describes the advantages and disadvantages of the family organization. Bachelor´s thesis also pointed out the common problems that are associated with family breakdown and pointed out the important role of fathers in child care. The practical part consists of six case studies of families where it was decided to joint or alternating custody. Case studies show how is joint and alternating custody working in common life, what that decision is preceded and how families work.
