Diplomová práce se věnuje platné právní úpravě úmyslných forem usmrcení se zaměřením na trestný čin vraždy, zabití a vraždy novorozeného dítěte matkou. Zároveň podává stručný historický vývoj právní úpravy úmyslných forem usmrcení od vzniku Československé republiky po současnost. This thesis deals with the legal regulation forms of intentional homicide with focus on the crimes of murder, manslaughter and infanticide. This work gives an overwiew of the historical development forms of intentional homicide since the establishment of the independent Czechoslovakia till the currently as well.
