Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá a obecně popisuje integrovaný záchranný systém v České republice a krizové řízení. Cílem této práce je přednést ucelený a souhrnný obsah o integrovaném záchranném systému včetně krizového řízení. Vysvětlit stěžejní terminologii, jež se k tomuto tématu váže. Můj osobní vklad do diplomové práce bude reprezentovat vlastní dotazníkové šetření, díky kterému se dozvíme, jak je široká veřejnost informována o složkách integrovaného záchranného systému, jak veřejnost zná tísňová čísla, zda má s nimi osobní zkušenost, a také jakou má povědomost o dalších obecných pojmech souvisejících s touto problematikou. Hlavním přínosem práce je podání obecných informací v přehledné formě o problematice integrovaného záchranného systému a krizového řízení a demonstrace faktického využívání integrovaného záchranného systému, a to pomocí zvoleného vzorku obyvatelstva. Nutno podotknout, že mnou zvolené téma je velmi rozsáhlé a z důvodu kapacity diplomové práce nelze podat úplný a ucelený přehled o této problematice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses and generally describes the integrated rescue system in the Czech Republic and crisis management. The aim of this work is to present a comprehensive and comprehensive content on the integrated rescue system, including crisis management. Explain the key terminology associated with this topic. My personal contribution to the diploma thesis will represent my own questionnaire survey, thanks to which we will learn how the general public is informed about the components of the integrated rescue system, how the public knows the emergency numbers, and also his awareness of other general concepts related to this issue. The main benefit of the work is the presentation of general information in a clear form on the issue of integrated rescue system and crisis management and demonstration of the actual use of the integrated rescue system, using a selected sample of the population. It ought to be mentioned that the topic I have chosen is very extensive and due to the capacity of the thesis it is not possible to give a complete and comprehensive overview of this issue.
