Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Výkon vazby v českých věznicích“ se zabývá tématem hierarchicky tak, jak je tomu při samotném řízení. V první části práce se věnuji základním pojmům a legislativě spojené s výkonem vazby a to též hierarchicky podle právní síly jednotlivých dokumentů. Další část je již věnována samotnému procesu spojenému s výkonem vazby, tudíž rozhodování o vazbě, nástupu k jejímu výkonu, samotnému výkonu vazby a v závěru propuštění z výkonu vazby. Cílem práce je shromáždit informace o dané problematice a vytvořit tak text, který bude moci sloužit k získávání základních informací souvisejících s tímto tématem.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on "Execution of detention in Czech Prisons" deals with the topic hierarchically, as is the case with the proceedings themselves. In the first part of the thesis I devote myself to the basic concepts and legislation associated with the execution of the bond, also hierarchically according to the legal force of individual documents. The next part is already devoted to the very process involved in the execution of custody, hence the decision on custody, the commencement of its execution, the actual execution of custody and, at the end of the release from custody. The aim of the work is to gather information on the issue, creating a text that can be used to gather basic information related to the topic.
