Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením úspěšnosti fúze společností, která je zjištěna prostřednictvím finanční analýzy. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the success of the merger of companies, which is determined through financial analysis. The thesis is divided into four parts.
