Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať elektronické bankovníctvo vo vybranej komerčnej banke. Prvá kapitola objasňuje komerčnú banku, jej postavenie, význam a funkcie. Druhá kapitola je zameraná už na konkrétne elektronické bankovníctvo, jeho výhody a nevýhody.
