V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme mechanismu funkce transkripčního faktoru STAT3 a jeho významu pro biologii neurálních kmenových buněk. Transkripční faktor STAT3 má velký význam pro biologii neurálních kmenových buněk, ale přesný mechanismus jeho funkce zůstává nejasný. Abstract:
In this thesis we study the regulatory mechanisms of transcription factor STAT3 in the context of neural stem cells. Transcription factor STAT3 is very important for neural stem cell biology, however its precise mechanism of regulation remains unclear. This thesis contains a summary of information that could potentially lead to elucidation of its precise function in neural stem cells.
