Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na adaptační proces osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Zvolené téma je zpracované z pohledu a zkušeností zaměstnavatelů, kteří zaměstnávají osoby se zdravotním postižením, pracovníků institucí, působící v této oblasti, a zaměstnanců se statutem OZP. The diploma thesis deals with the adaption proces of people with disabilities in the labor market. The chosen topic is elaborated from the point of view and experiences of employers who employ persons with disabilities, employees of institutions operate in this area and employees with the status of PWD.
